Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care, perform assessments, procedures, and interventions.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless service and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively within teams.
• Participate in ongoing training, in-services, and projects to support professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; current LPN license in the state.
• Minimum of 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and focus on patient needs.
