Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) - Full-Time - Night Shift

About the role

Critical Care RN for the W.E.S.T. Float Team, providing high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-acuity patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond swiftly to emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and advocate for patients and families
• Deliver personalized care
• Manage high-acuity conditions
• Ensure medication safety
• Respond to urgent situations
• Partner with patients and teams to ensure optimal care standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar)
• CCRN certification preferred
