About the Role
Provide advanced nursing care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Progressive Care units as a Critical Care Float Pool Nurse. Adapt to changing clinical needs and ensure safe, exceptional patient care during staffing fluctuations and high census periods.
Responsibilities
- Support high-acuity patients in multiple critical care settings
- Adapt quickly to changing clinical needs and unit requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure patient safety and positive outcomes during staffing challenges
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- BLS and ALS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in ICU, ED, or Stepdown units (preferred)
