Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool (Nights)

About the Role

Provide high-level nursing care to acute patients in ICU, Emergency Department, and Progressive Care units. Support multiple high-acuity specialties, adapt to changing patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold exceptional patient safety and care standards. Serve as a clinical expert and trusted resource during high census and staffing fluctuations, while gaining diverse critical care experience, leadership development, and support for certifications.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ALS certifications through the American Heart Association

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred: 2+ years of critical care experience
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated adaptability and resilience
