About the role

This role involves serving as an advanced practice nurse within an interdisciplinary team to promote preventative care, conduct screenings, and coordinate disease management services. The position is primarily performed in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least two years of RN experience
• Preferably in Med/Surg settings

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
