About the role

Coordinating all aspects of care for bone marrow transplant patients, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Preparing reports for the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies.
• Advocating for patients with insurance providers.

• Managing the transplant process from screening to post-transplant care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• Certifications in Chemotherapy and Biotherapy required within three months of hire.
• Oncology Nursing Certification required after completing necessary hours.
