Registered Nurse, Community Crisis Stabilzation
Responsibilities
- Collects appropriate assessment and screening information, to include bio-psycho-social information, psychiatric and medication history, and alcohol/drug information
- Establishes & oversees medication administration
- Maintains biomedical status and conditions of all clients admitted, including observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in safety status
- Participates in treatment team meetings and assists with development of care plans
- Collaborates with the team in providing health information and maintaining the medical record
- Maintains a safe therapeutic environment by monitoring the patient milieu for safety issues and assisting with promoting a positive therapeutic environment
- Aids in the admitting, discharging, and transferring processes
Qualifications
- Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current certification in CPR
Schedule
24 hours, part-time. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 3-11pm. (benefit eligible)
Pay
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
