What You'll Do Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Richmond officeSupervise, mentor, and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aidesReview OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentationEnsure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standardsMonitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiativesCollaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team membersConduct case conferences, clinical audits, and staff coachingSupport employee engagement, retention, and professional development Qualifications Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License RequiredPrevious Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory Experience Strongly PreferredStrong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of ParticipationExperience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR PreferredExcellent Leadership, Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving SkillsPassion for Coaching, Developing, and Supporting Clinical Teams Why Human Touch Home Health?
