About the Role
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Richmond, Virginia clinical team. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position for an RN who is passionate about developing clinicians, driving quality outcomes, and building a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Richmond office
- Supervise, mentor, and support nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
- Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards
- Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team members
- Conduct case conferences, clinical audits, and staff coaching
- Support employee engagement, retention, and professional development
Requirements
- Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
- Previous Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Passion for Coaching, Developing, and Supporting Clinical Teams
