Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily shift operations by applying independent clinical judgment to balance staffing and create patient assignments that guarantee high-quality, personalized care.
• Mentor and empower nursing teams through real-time education, direction, and support, fostering a collaborative culture where clinical staff can thrive and grow.
• Advocate for patients and families by proactively addressing care concerns and resolving feedback through established channels to maintain an environment of safety and trust.
• Champion resource readiness by securing necessary clinical materials, tools, and supplies so your frontline team can focus entirely on seamless, uninterrupted patient care.
• Shape the future of the unit by providing vital input into hiring, training, and performance evaluations, directly contributing to the long-term growth of a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
