About the role
Responsible for delivering high-quality inpatient surgical nursing care, leading care planning, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans, adjusting as needed.
- Act as the communication hub among physicians, specialists, and care team members.
- Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, accurately recording and communicating changes.
- Manage physician and nursing orders, coordinating discharge plans for smooth transitions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification within one month of hire, from AHA or American Red Cross.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
