About the role
The Nurse Leader in the OB High Risk department is responsible for coordinating staffing, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nursing staff
- Assign and monitor patient care
- Manage operational needs such as supplies
- Contribute to hiring, training, and staff development
- Assess daily patient needs
- Develop care plans
- Ensure productivity standards are met
- Provide guidance to staff
- Facilitate unit operations
- Promote adherence to clinical objectives
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- BLS certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from AHA or ARC
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
