About the role
The Nurse Manager oversees the OB High Risk unit, ensuring quality patient care, staff coordination, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, lead clinical objectives, and foster a supportive team environment.
- Assign, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts.
- Assess patient care needs, develop care plans, and manage productivity standards.
- Ensure availability of supplies and resources, prioritizing daily patient and physician needs.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff to promote professional growth.
Qualifications
- Current RN license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
