About the role
Full-time, night shift Clinical Decision Med Surg Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize care plans, and evaluate care delivery.
- Revise care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
- Delegate care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Current Kansas RN licensure.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- BLS certification (obtained within 14 days of hire).
- ACLS certification for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles.
- Oncology certification for post-surgical care.
- All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
