Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Key Responsibilities Assess: Evaluates patients' physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with the healthcare team.Plan: Develops individualized care plans involving patients, families, and physicians, including education and follow-up.Implement: Coordinates care delivery, delegates tasks, manages resources, and prioritizes patient needs.Evaluate: Monitors patient responses, reviews outcomes, revises care plans as necessary, and ensures satisfaction.Professionalism: Upholds legal and ethical standards, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes the nursing profession. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, BLS certification, and, for less than 12 months experience, a BSN within four years. Skills include patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, communication, and critical thinking. Physical Requirements: Ability to read, communicate, manipulate equipment, assist with patient transfers, and navigate busy environments.
