About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
Responsibilities
- Assess: Evaluates patients' physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Plan: Develops individualized care plans involving patients, families, and physicians, including education and follow-up.
- Implement: Coordinates care delivery, delegates tasks, manages resources, and prioritizes patient needs.
- Evaluate: Monitors patient responses, reviews outcomes, revises care plans as necessary, and ensures satisfaction.
- Professionalism: Upholds legal and ethical standards, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes the nursing profession.
Requirements
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- For less than 12 months experience, a BSN within four years
