Registered Nurse / Clinical Decision Unit

Join our team as a full-time, night shift Clinical Decision Med Surg Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe and coordinated patient care across diverse populations under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care plans, and evaluating care delivery.Revising care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.Delegating care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Current Kansas RN licensure and Associate’s degree in nursing.BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care.All certifications must be completed within the first year. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing, at least one year of recent healthcare experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
