About the role
Join our team as a full-time, night shift Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care across diverse populations under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs.
- Develop and revise care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
- Delegate tasks to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Current Kansas RN licensure.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- ACLS required for Tele, ICU, and PCU units; oncology certification required for post-surgery care. All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least one year of recent experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
