We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assume both patient care and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to impact patient care while supporting staff development and process improvements in a reputable healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and evaluate patient care
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and resource management
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Facilitate staff development and in-service programs
- Participate in policy development, process improvement, and peer review activities
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Valid RN license
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible nursing experience with leadership skills
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes
