About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assume both patient care and leadership responsibilities within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff
- Assign and schedule shifts
- Evaluate patient care quality
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Facilitate staff development and in-service programs
- Support staffing and policy development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency
- Assist in staff performance evaluations
- Participate in policy development
- Ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN licensure
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible nursing experience with leadership potential
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
