Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management on staffing, policies, and process improvements
• Facilitate staff development and unit throughput to enhance patient outcomes
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance assessments
• Support department standards and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse
• One to two years of progressive nursing experience with leadership potential
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
