About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assume both patient care and leadership responsibilities within a healthcare setting. You will coordinate and evaluate patient care, support staff development, participate in process improvements, and help manage unit operations to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assign and schedule staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Assist in staff development and contribute to performance evaluations
- Participate in process improvements and unit operations management
- Support interdisciplinary team problem-solving
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- 1-2 years of progressive nursing experience with leadership potential
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
