About the role
Provides adult patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care aligned with standards.
Responsibilities
- Acts as circulator, scrub, or monitor during procedures
- Prepares patients for procedures
- Administers medications
- Performs hemostasis
- Manages orders and charges
- Cares for critically ill patients
- Educates patients and families
- Escorts families
- May perform point-of-care testing
- Maintains safety
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- No prior experience required
Skills
- Critical judgment
- Ability to function independently in stressful situations

Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ALS (Advanced Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Valid RN licensure specific to the work state
