About the Role
Provides direct nursing care in a Cath Lab setting, following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Assess, record, and communicate patient conditions
- Serve as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Current BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or ARC
- Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing prior to employment
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at the time of hire
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
