Registered Nurse - Cath Lab - Day Shift

Position Overview Provides direct nursing care within the Cath Lab, following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.Implements, monitors, and communicates patient care plans and conditions.Serves as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for comprehensive patient care.Follows physician and nursing orders accurately.Assists in assessing and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Requirements Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school. Additional Information Work location is UAB St. Vincent's in the Cath Lab department.Benefits may include paid time off, parental leave, assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement.Roles may include full-time day shifts or PRN daytime shifts, with call responsibilities.
