About the role

Deliver kind, compassionate care to residents in home or assisted living settings. Observe residents and chart or report changes such as response to medication or treatment. Perform basic resident care or treatments, including temperature and blood pressure monitoring. Support palliative and hospice care needs, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional or spiritual support.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered MA RN License
• Minimum 1-year RN Experience
• Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities
• Ability to communicate fluently in English—both verbally and written

Pay

$41.00 - $43.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional on-call rotations
