Responsibilities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Maintaining professional accountability and adherence to mission and standards
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Preferred: BSN, additional certifications, prior clinical experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
