Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, Night Shift

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiac Telemetry utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. They coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning their duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs
• Evaluate care effectiveness of team members
• Coordinate care across departments
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
• Perform duties consistent with organizational standards and mission

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days
• Preferred: BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform nursing tasks
