About the Role
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care on a dedicated Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit. Independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Supervise and collaborate with unlicensed assistive personnel and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Requirements
- Current Illinois RN license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in nursing or CNA background for new graduates preferred
