Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry - Night Shift

Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit Location: Naperville Role Overview: Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac patients in a step-down setting, ensuring patient safety and delivering quality care. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signsAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersCollaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plansEducate patients and families on condition management and health maintenanceMaintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical assessments Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicableMinimum of 1+ years RN experience in an inpatient settingCurrent State of Illinois RN licensureCPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS certifications within one year of hire Key Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, excellent communication, and ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
