About the Role
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit. This night shift position operates from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a specific patient population.
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience in nursing or CNA experience for new graduates preferred.
