Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, Days

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, maintain professional growth, and coordinate patient care activities to deliver high-quality nursing services. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current RN licensure in the state; multistate license preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy certification.Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates. Additional Requirements: Special certifications may be needed for specific units like cardiac, critical care, emergency, oncology, pediatrics, surgical, or women’s services. Nurse residents or new specialty nurses must complete relevant certifications within specified timeframes.
