About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They coordinate patient care activities to maintain high standards of practice and operate within organizational policies, ensuring professional growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in hospital setting for PRN roles
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNLC multistate license (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas, if applicable
