Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown

About the Role

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements, monitors, and documents patient care plans and communicates patient status. Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care. Follows physician and nursing orders and assesses discharge planning needs.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or eligibility in Alabama
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at the time of hire

Schedule

Multiple shifts available, including day, night, and weekend options.

Pay

Potential bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible positions.
