Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown

Role: Registered Nurse for Cardiac Stepdown/CSSU team Responsibilities Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to cardiac patients transitioning from critical care or requiring close monitoring.Assess, document, and monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and recognize changes in condition.Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care.Assist with safe discharge planning and patient education.
