We are seeking a Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to adults with complex cardiac conditions in a fast-paced telemetry setting. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing post-procedural patientsAdministering IV medications and supporting safe patient care transitionsCoordinating multidisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomesEducating patients and families about treatment plans and care processesContributing to quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative team environment Qualifications and skills: Current Registered Nurse licensureExperience in cardiac care or telemetry units preferredStrong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
