Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab

About the role

The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Wellness Program at Exeter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while making a meaningful impact on cardiovascular health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight and supervision of telemetry-monitored exercise sessions
• Individualized care planning and ongoing assessment throughout the rehabilitation process
• Delivering evidence-based education and counseling related to lifestyle modification and cardiovascular risk reduction
• Participation in community outreach, educational lectures, and wellness-focused initiatives

Requirements

• RN License - NH State or any other compact state
• BSN Preferred
• Past ER, ICU/CCU or Telemetry Step-down unit experience is required
• BCLS needed within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certified or within 6 months of hire
