Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Rehab

About the role

Under the direction of the Site Coordinator, you will provide quality care to all Cardiac Rehab clients Phase II and Phase III (according to the American Assoc. of Cardiovascular Pulmonary Rehab, The College of Sports Medicine and the Clinical Practice Guidelines: U.S. Dept. of Health) within the guidelines and protocols established for the program. The work you do makes a tremendous impact on our patients and the community!

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and monitor patients as they exercise.
• Measure exertion levels and provide guidance on nutrition, blood pressure, blood sugar, mental health, and set goals and guidelines.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of Critical Care or Telemetry RN experience required. Inpatient Cardiac Rehab preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with firm knowledge of AACVPR guidelines.
• RN with PA license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Pay

$35.78 - $55.82

Schedule

36 hrs per week, Four/9 hr shifts, 6:30am-4:00pm, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (off every Tuesday); No weekends, no on-call.
