About the role
The Gail Federici-Smith and Family Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Boston Children’s Hospital plays a vital role in the care of critically ill patients with acquired and congenital heart conditions. With more than 40 beds, it is one of the largest and most sophisticated intensive care units in the country dedicated solely to these patients.
Responsibilities
- Providing care for critically ill cardiac medical & surgical patients of all ages.
- Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert cardiovascular care.
- 36 hours/week, Day/Night Rotation with every third weekend.
Requirements
- Education: BSN required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of critical care RN experience. Pediatric ICU experience, preferred.
- Licensure/ Certifications: Massachusetts RN Licensure.

Pay
The posted pay range is $76,003.20 - $163,678.32 annually.
