Registered Nurse, Medical ICU, 10K Sign On

Key Responsibilities

• Caring for patients with respiratory insufficiency and/or failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, asthma, heart failure, sepsis, metabolic crisis, and those experiencing medically fragile/technology dependent co-morbidities.
• Providing care to medical patients with life-threatening and/or potentially life-threatening conditions across the age continuum.
• Working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for both learning and career growth.
• P Practicing family centered care in an ICU environment.

Work Schedule

36 hours/week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend. Start date for this position is October 2026.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualifications: BSN required.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year pediatric experience, ICU preferred. Adult ICU or equivalent experience with mechanically ventilated patients strongly considered. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure

This position is eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates and not eligible for former BCH employees who worked here in the past 2 years).
