Registered Nurse - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide critical care for pediatric and adult cardiac patients in a specialized Intensive Care Unit dedicated to critically ill children with acquired and congenital heart conditions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive care to critically ill cardiac medical and surgical patients of all ages
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered, expert cardiovascular care

Qualifications

• BSN required
• At least 2 years of critical care RN experience, preferably in pediatric ICU
• Massachusetts RN licensure

Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

36-hour week with day/night rotations and every third weekend.
