About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac ICU to provide specialized, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. The role involves applying clinical skills to deliver high-quality healthcare, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes
- Implementing treatment plans and interventions
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Documenting patient information accurately and timely
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid Washington RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification at hire
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year acute care experience or completion of the facility's specialty residency
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
