Registered Nurse - Birth Center / Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities Include Providing exceptional patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and recoveryMonitoring maternal and fetal conditions, developing individualized care plansEducating and supporting patients and familiesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and NICU staffUtilizing fetal monitoring, diagnostic data, and responding to emergent situationsParticipating in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional growth activities Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an active RN license or eligibility in MissouriBLS certification (obtained within 30 days if not current)Previous acute care RN experience; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, and others are preferred Skills & Attributes Critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and effective communicationAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environmentsCalmness under pressure and teamwork orientationWillingness to learn and grow within the specialty This role offers comprehensive training, supportive onboarding, and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
