Responsibilities

• Manage nutritional screenings, assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines
• Perform nutrition intervention as often as necessary dependent on resident's status
• Work in conjunction with Dining Services Director, Program Directors, and Administrator
• Oversee clinical parameters of the Dining Services department for conformity to diet orders, nutrition, supplementation, menus and department standards

Schedule

3p-11pm; EOW and rotating holidays
