Registered Nurse - Assertive Community Treatment Team

About the role

At Thresholds, Registered Nurses provide medical and psychiatric support in clients' communities, offering work/life balance while addressing gaps in healthcare access.

Responsibilities

• Participate in care planning, assessments, and treatment implementation
• Work closely with clinical teams including psychiatrists and doctors
• Provide health education and training on topics relevant to clients' wellbeing
• Make home visits to develop treatment plans, administer medication, schedule appointments, and coordinate care
• Respond to medically related emergencies or crises, providing intervention as needed
• Log medical care for clients

Requirements

• Good time management and organization
• A valid driver's license, current car insurance, and daily access to a car
• Willingness to provide transportation to clients

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license
• Education: Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree from an accredited nursing school

• Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $95,000, subject to increase with education and experience
