Registered Nurse - Adult/Psych - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They maintain current competency, promote safety, and contribute to team development. Responsibilities Include Assessing and delivering patient care based on evidence-based practices and ethical standards.Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure quality care.Documenting care thoroughly and timely.Recognizing and responding to emergency situations to maintain a safe environment.Engaging in continuous professional growth and development. Qualifications And Skills At least one year of nursing experience preferred.Graduate from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois Nursing licensure and CPR certification.Strong communication skills and ability to supervise staff.Previous psychiatric experience is highly preferred; ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required based on unit needs.
