Registered Nurse - Adult/Psych - Night Shift

Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL Hours: Night shift (11:00pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care, utilize the nursing process for patient planning and evaluation, guide unlicensed staff, collaborate with healthcare team, and promote safety and quality care. Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and adult psychiatry experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills, ability to guide staff, and adherence to safety protocols.
