Registered Nurse - Adult/Psych - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse providing specialized psychiatric care in a community-connected healthcare setting. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families using the nursing process.Maintain current competency standards and incorporate evidence-based practices.Supervise and guide nursing staff, promote safety, and ensure thorough documentation.Contribute to professional development and foster a safe, therapeutic environment.Recognize and respond to emergency situations appropriately.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care.Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Illinois license.Effective communication skills and ability to supervise staff.Certifications: CPR required; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be needed within six months.Strong mastery of nursing skills and commitment to professional growth.
