Role: RN Per Diem in Adolescent and Young Adult Psychiatry Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate inpatient psychiatric care for patients aged 12-22Utilize the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plansSupervise and collaborate with unlicensed assistive personnel and healthcare team membersPromote safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills Current professional Nursing Licensure in IllinoisBSN degree preferredBLS/CPR certification requiredMinimum 1-year hospital nursing experience; psychiatric experience preferred Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered psychiatric nursing care, lead and guide staff, and ensure optimal communication within the healthcare team.
