Registered Nurse - Administrative Supervisor

About the Role

This position involves coordinating daily clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting staff management in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and monitors nursing and support staff
• Manages patient flow and responds to emergencies
• Leads incident command during disasters
• Evaluates patient care effectiveness
• Addresses patient and family complaints
• Contributes to staff hiring and training

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least two years of RN experience demonstrating leadership
• Valid RN license and BLS certification for the respective state

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Constant mobility and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Patient handling capabilities
• Sensory acuity (vision, hearing, smell)

Schedule

This is a part-time, PRN role requiring availability for at least two shifts per month, including one weekend shift.
