Responsibilities

• Assign, educate, and monitor nursing staff
• Manage patient flow and support emergency and disaster responses
• Evaluate effectiveness of patient care

Requirements

• Nursing degree (e.g., ADN or BSN)
• At least two years of RN experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Current BLS certification and active RN license
• Ability to meet physical demands: constant standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling
• Constant alertness, strong communication, and adaptability
