Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a supportive environment. They act as a key liaison among patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Include Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, contributing to care plans, and delivering care aligned with policies and standards.Prioritizing patient flow and experience, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.Advocating for patients, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families about health issues.Participating in performance improvement initiatives, supporting organizational goals, and fostering a culture of quality and safety.Maintaining professional licenses, certifications, and engaging in ongoing education and leadership development.Mentoring colleagues, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills: An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and patient advocacy.
